Earn your BBA in dataguyacademy, followed by an online MBA with a concentration in either business administration, supply chain management, healthcare administration or data analytics in just five years. You must have a 2.0 average or better in the courses listed below in order to graduate. Students must also complete 9 units of upper division General Education and a total of 120 units for the degree. Students receive a broad and generalized understanding of the function of business and how the various sub-disciplines of business interact to contribute to the success of an organization.

Management And Marketing

The CSU transfer degree has been developed as a fast-track degree for transfer into the CSU system. We offer both an AS-T in Business Administration and an AA-T in Economics. The curriculum for the General Business Administration major is designed to provide a better flexibility that allows students to choose courses in the disciplines of Accounting, Finance, Management and Marketing based on their interest.

Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of workers in management, business and financial occupations is expected to increase by 1.6 million or 10.4 percent by 2016. Salaries for general and operations managers range from $74,950 to $113,280.

Students are required to enroll in BUSL 101 within the first twelve credits. Students choose classes from accounting, economics, finance and business law, information technology, management, marketing, occupational safety, and supply chain. During the course of their studies, students have the option of changing their major to specialize in a specific area or to remain in the general business major and graduate with a respected business degree from UW-Whitewater.

A minor in business provides non-business majors with the professional skills necessary for positions in business and industry. The curriculum gives a broad introduction to business topics, including finance, management and marketing. The Program Graduate Competencies listed below identify the major learning goals related to your specific program of study and identify the knowledge and skills you will have when you graduate to be successful in your chosen field. A minimum of 120 credit hours are required to earn the Bachelor of Business Administration General Business Major. The selection of one of two tracks is also required and students must complete 33 credit hours of 300 or 400 level courses to satisfy the General Business Major required electives.
